Why I Started KM Fine Homes

I grew up in rural Poland, where family homes are often kept for generations and caring for your home is a form of respect - never a task to rush through. Rooms, surfaces, and finishes were maintained with intention so they could be preserved and enjoyed over time.

Over 15 years of residential cleaning, I worked with several excellent companies and learned from each one. I also saw an opportunity to bring a more detailed, methodical approach I grew up with in Poland to local homes—one centred on detailed cleaning, stricter hygiene practices, and the long-term preservation of materials and finishes.

Becoming a mother made me see the importance of this work in a new way. I understood how caring for a home can become another responsibility that is always on your mind. A well-cared-for home does not solve everything, but it can lift one heavy burden and give you more room to breathe.

That is why I created KM Fine Homes: to give homeowners a higher standard of reliable care.
